About

Built by an operator, not an agency.

Neon Harbor exists because service businesses were getting eaten alive by busywork and missed calls — and the only options were $29/month junk or $1,500/month enterprise platforms that took a quarter to onboard. We build the practical middle: systems that ship in days and pay for themselves.

From the founder

Hey there, I'm Tyler. I build AI automations that pay for themselves.

Most of my background is inside a Fortune 100 company, where I've spent years building automations and reporting systems for operations teams. A few of those projects have saved over $100K a year, tightened compliance across nationwide operations, and been adopted as standards by other regions of the business globally. The work isn't glamorous — it's usually a process someone's been doing manually for years, quietly costing time and money, that turns out to be a perfect fit for the right automation.

That's the lens I bring to client work. I'm less interested in flashy AI demos than in the unglamorous question of where your team is losing time, and whether a system can take that off their plate without breaking next month.

Depending on the problem, that might be an AI agent answering calls after hours, a backend automation pulling data between tools that don't talk to each other, a back office that reconciles itself, or a reporting workflow that shows up in your inbox every morning. The goal is always the same: something practical, something that holds up, and something you can measure.

If there's a process in your business that feels like it's costing more than it should, that's usually where I can help.

The hybrid model — you own what we build

Most "AI services" lock you into their infrastructure. Neon Harbor doesn't. You own your accounts and your customer data. We own the workflow code, the hosting, and the ongoing improvements. If you ever want out, you take everything with you — including a buyout option for the system itself.

What we believe

  • Speed-to-lead beats price. 78% of customers hire whoever responds first.
  • Automate the busywork, not the relationship. AI handles what you'd miss or dread; your team does what humans do best.
  • You should own your data. Your accounts, your history, your keys.
  • If it doesn't pay for itself, we don't build it.
